We know that in order for people to make the switch to eco products they must work as well as mainstream brands however there’s a common belief that they just aren’t going to work as well as those that contain stronger or harsher chemicals. Perhaps there was some truth to this perception in the past, but with advances in eco science and technology we don’t see any reason to accept any compromise on performance.
Once we are completely satisfied that any of our new product formulations have met our strict health and safety criteria, we begin independent laboratory testing to prove that they work as well as, if not better than leading brand alternatives.
We then undertake independent environmental testing to make sure that our products are suitable for septic tanks and greywater systems. Once all laboratory testing is complete we carry out in house testing and then large scale consumer testing to make sure our products are a pleasure to use. Eco science is rapidly developing so our process of product improvement is ongoing. We review and evaluate our products as new science comes to hand and make any changes necessary to improve our formulations. Because this process of continuous improvement is central to our values we absorb any costs involved rather than pass these on to our customers.
