Terms and Conditions
There will be 1 (one) prize winner of the promotion per participating store. The prize includes Goodnest credit for a house clean with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus one fridge clean (cleaning products used for the clean are included).
Prize exclusion & terms
Offer is valid for cleans within 15km of a participating Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega store. The prize includes Goodnest credit for a clean of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one fridge. If the house is smaller, the remaining amount can be credited towards a subsequent clean.
Any credits will be determined by Goodnest. If the house is larger, additional rooms can be added at the individual’s expense. Bookings are essential and must be made online at .(detailed booking instructions and coupons codes will be sent to the winners). Credit card details will be requested at time of booking – but the card will NOT be charged and there is no obligation to book any further cleans. Cleaning hours are man hours. Minimum job time is two hours. Cleaning products are included. Travel time and expenses are included. No refunds are given unless required by law. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Goodnest promotional offer. Bookings can be amended or cancelled (subject to availability) up to 24 hours prior to the clean. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. This offer does not extend to an end of tenancy or any other deep clean as described in Goodnest’s . If the winners would like to continue using Goodnest’s services after the credit has been used up, they will be charged standard Goodnest rates. If setting up a subscription (fortnightly, weekly, monthly), winners will have to cancel when the credit runs out or the subscription will become a paid subscription.
The promotion commences on 31 October 2016 and closes on 27 November 2016 (“Promotion Period”)

Who is eligible
Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. This promotion is open for customers of participating Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega stores aged 18 years and over. Employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of ecostore and the Mitre 10 Group are ineligible to enter.
How to enter
Competition entrants must purchase any ecostore product at participating Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega stores during the promotional period, complete the entry form, note the receipt number showing the ecostore purchase on the entry form and place the entry form in the entry box at the customer service desk in store. Entries must be received during the promotional period. Entries are not limited to one transaction. An individual may enter multiple times, however each entry must be accompanied by a unique receipt. Each receipt may only be used once for entry. There is one (1) entry into the prize draw for each entry form and unique receipt submitted.
The prize draw will take place on 28 November 2016. The winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone using the details provided on the entry form. Entrants should ensure that their details are correct and clearly legible. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 3 weeks of the prize draw, the relevant entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be redrawn. The winners agree to make himself/herself available for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes free of charge and they consent to ecostore and Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega using their names and images in promotional material.
The prize is subject to the following conditions:
No exchange of prize – the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
ecostore and Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega reserve the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion, or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
Exclusion of Liability
ecostore and Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega and their associated agencies are not responsible for late or misdirected entries and take no responsibility for any entries not correctly lodged. ecostore and Mitre 10/Mitre 10 Mega and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) , damage or personal injury suffered by any person (whether or not arising from negligence ) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or claiming /winning any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for the receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries.
Use of personal information
All entries remain the property of the Promoter and all information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
